(mind)space invaders

Coined by Richard Dawkins, the word "meme" refers to a cultural item --- eg an idea, word, phrase, saying, artwork, sound etc --- that mimics biological evolution via processes analagous to natural selection, variation and reproduction. Below is a selection from the blog manic memes:

better than expected: "You've done better than expected, but not as well as hoped," said the old man with the long white beard. "You'll have to keep going back until you get it right."

living arrangements: Life is the embodiment of ordered complexity.

dead gods: Gods die but are never dead.

possible being: Existence, if not necessary, is at least possible.

your secret you: There’s part of you that’s mute but just as smart as you are and you don't know it exists.

isness is nice: The fact that existence exists is reassuring.

every which way: Reality is infinitely scalable in all directions and dimensions.

despairing disorder: A purpose of life is to oppose the second law of thermodynamics.

the word: The word "nothing" means something.
