swimming the magick river

Video of my trip to Malaysia, 22 feb to 4 march. It's constructed out of stills, so strictly speaking it's not a video at its core. It does have some cool audio though, so crank the volume up to the max.

Stayed in AM's place in the village of Pertak, about an hour's walk from the nearest town, Kuala Khubu Bharu.

Swam in the Magick River. It was truly magickal.

Smoked canyon cigarettes, $1.80 a pack.

Met some interesting people: musicians, artists, addicts, Buddhists, martial artists, gun-runners, tribal people.

Had a fricking phantastic time -- healed body and soul and mind.

Thanks to everyone: you all made me feel so welcome.

I liked it, especially the Hindu temple and the black cat. No shots of you actually swimming, but the river looked amazing.

weirsdo, I think I swam in the river pretty much every day, sometimes more than once. I didn't shower or bath ev3en once while I was there. Cheers, MM
